  d.Learning fast track   During one week we dive into the first six steps of the Design Deltas at our Dutch design.school. The participants learn about design thinking and apply the findings to a real-life project. During the evening programs we will further strengthen social and creative competences.

Corporate Rebel Program

Imagine... Five Corporate Rebels of your organisation go underground. They take a secret mission, together with their silent leader, to transform the organisation into a entrepreneurial, viable and adaptive organisation. Curiosity will grow, new connections between colleagues will be made and innovation will spread. The corporate mindset changes into an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this program your team of Corporate Rebels work together with teams of other organisations out of other sectors. We will train them and guide them through real-life cases. At certain moment they will come above the ground to inspire and activate other colleagues. 

Serious Game

During a serious game participants get their first impression about design thinking. The gamified program helps to accelerate learning and guarantees a sustainable skillset. At the end of the game we provide feedback so participants can benefit from the learnings during the following d.Learning Fast Track.

  • One day (8-12 hours)
  • Multidisciplinary teams (4-5 persons per team)
  • Several masterclasses
  • Coaching and in-game roleplay by customers, investors, consultants and futurologists

d.Learning Fast Track

The d.Learning track covers the Customer- and Concept design phase of the methodology Dutch Design Deltas. The program takes five days with masterclasses, hands on working and is enriched with the workshops LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Creative sketching and Social Game. Working in small groups and being professionally supervised by experienced coaches of Dutch design.school STUDIO.WHY guarantees an intensive learning process. Participants will be able to sustainably improve processes of change in their organizations and inspire colleagues with new working principles.

Optional is a 4 day in depth additional track that refreshes en deepens the first track and dives into the last three steps of the Design Deltas.

Target group

Participants are primarily management trainees, future managers and innovation coaches from all industries. Also available as an incompany track.

The program is for individuals as well as groups from an organization. Its aim is to build confidence in applying the key Dutch design thinking principles within your organizational context. The program will allow you to discover the leveraging effect of design thinking in the most important areas of managing complexity: Collaboration Culture, Innovation Processes and Strategy Implementation.
