We offer several modules to facilitate your management trainees to develop their entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
d.Learning Fast Track
Our two modules offer management trainees an unique opportunity to get deeper knowledge of Design Thinking combined with practical learnings. The ultimate program starts with the serious game and is followed by the d.Learning fast track.
During the Serious Game the teams get their first impression about Design Thinking. By using a serious game, learning is more fun and will have a longer lasting result. At the end of the game we give feedback so the teams can benefit from the learnings during the following d.Learning Fast Track.
- One day (8-12 hours)
- Multidisciplinary teams (4-5 persons per team)
- Several masterclasses
- Coaching and in-game roleplay by customers, investors, consultants and futurologists
d.Learning Fast Track
In this track the management trainees will learn about Customer design and Concept design of the Design Deltas. They will form their own startup team for their organisation, working on a real life case in which they use their gained knowledge about the methodology. The three-month duration of the program provides the foundation for an active and long-term project implementation. Working in small groups and being professionally supervised by experienced coaches of Dutch design.school STUDIO.WHY enables an intensive learning process. Participants will be able to sustainably improve processes of change in their organizations and inspire colleagues with new working models.
This track consists of 2 x 3 days masterclasses plus one reunion day with in between working on the projects, enabling to increase:

Participants are primarily future managers and management trainees from all industries.
The program is for individuals as well as small groups from an organization. Its aim is to build confidence in applying the key Dutch Design Thinking principles within your organizational work. The program will allow you to discover the leveraging effect of Design Thinking in the most important areas of managing complexity: Collaboration Culture, Innovation Processes and Strategy Implementation.
The modules for management trainees will be set in consultation with the client.
