Our Story
What started with a focus on young talent...
In 2014, we embarked on our journey with the belief that ‘the future is created by new generations with an entrepreneurial mindset’. Read on to understand the evolution of our story.
How It Began
Together with young talent, students from Avans University of Applied Sciences in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, we accepted the challenge to demonstrate how working and innovating can be different. And the result was there to be seen, as was our pride!
We Were the Catalyst For
We were the catalyst for a new HBO Minor, we developed the first Design Thinking Curriculum for a high school, we were instrumental in developing tools for innovation in the Catalan education system, and with the Dutch Design School, we developed our own training bureau.
Formalizing Our Training Bureau
With the formalization of our own training bureau, a completely new relationship with our clients quickly emerged. We had the honor of assisting the Ministry of Defense in training their innovation coaches (350+), we guided Efteling in setting up their innovation program, we trained and facilitated the trainees of various construction organizations in innovation within their sector, and with the concept of the transition lab, we activated the Rivierenland region to approach societal transitions in an entirely contemporary manner.
Our Belief Has Not Changed
Our belief that ‘the future is created by new generations with an entrepreneurial mindset’ has not changed over time. However, we now also understand that the context in which the future is created is crucial for the outcome.
